Overview
Apivant (formerly Anthropic Identity) is hiring individuals to join our delivery team as Technical Project Manager – Associate Consultant. This is a client-facing role where you’ll learn to lead identity-focused projects from discovery through go-live, partnering with consultants, architects, engineers, and client stakeholders.
We’re targeting August start dates, and this role is fully remote.
What you’ll do
- Support delivery leads in planning and executing identity implementation projects (CIAM, Workforce Identity, authorization).
- Help build and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, and delivery artifacts (e.g., status updates, action items, RAID logs).
- Coordinate meetings and delivery ceremonies (kickoffs, discovery workshops, sprint ceremonies, stakeholder readouts, retros).
- Track scope, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues early with clear context and proposed next steps.
- Communicate with internal teams and client stakeholders to keep work moving and expectations aligned.
- Partner with technical team members to ensure requirements, testing, and rollout readiness are well understood and documented.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, note-taking, documentation drafting, and analysis (with appropriate judgment and data handling).
